Luke Chase did a great job selling our home under difficult circumstances. It was late in the year, coming up on the holidays. Mortgage rates had been rising for months which shut a lot of people out of the market. Lastly, the house was completely empty so every mark and scuff was easy to see. But, Luke arranged for a good photographer and also made a fine video of the house, along with negotiating with our buyer. When the buyer's loan fell through a week before closing, Luke was able to use his connections to find a different mortgage company for them that approved the loan. We were able to close before the end of the year which was good for us and also for the buyer.
